ORDER AND PRICE MODALITIES

Customers have the possibility to place all their orders from the Internet page: www.unionsalsera.com.

Each client declares that they are fully capable of using credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through Unión Salsera.

By pressing the "Pay" button during the purchase process, the member declares to accept fully and without reservation all of these General Conditions of Sale.

The data recorded by Unión Salsera constitutes proof of the transactions made between Unión Salsera and the members of its Private Community. Unión Salsera will confirm your order by sending an email.

The contractual information is presented in Spanish and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.

All taxes are included in the prices of our products, but do not include transportation costs.

Unión Salsera reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order registration (subject to availability of the product), except for typographical errors. manifest.

The products remain the property of the supplier until the moment in which the full payment of the price has taken place.

Unión Salsera reserves the right to reject an order from any member with whom it has a dispute.

IMPUESTOS

Todos nuestros precios llevan incluido el 10% de IVA (alimentación), salvo para las comunidades de Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla, que van al 0%. Aquellos pedidos que tengan como destino cualquier otro país o región del mundo al que Unión Salsera ofrezca envíos, estarán sujetos al IVA local, es decir, el 10%. 

AVAILABILITY

Unión Salsera will do everything possible to please all its customers in the demand for the products.

In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email of its cancellation.

As a result of this demand, the speed of the return in the customer's bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank. These terms are again specified in the "Delivery" clause.

PAYMENT

• Pay with card:

The purchase regulations are made by bank card. The accepted bank cards are: Visa and MasterCard. The purchase price will be charged to the customer's bank account, within 4 days from the day of the order and this will be effective after confirmation of your agreement of the bank payment centers.

In the event that the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) informs of the refusal of the card, the order will be automatically canceled, informing the customer of said cancellation on-line.

• Paypal:

In this modality the payment will be charged according to the client's contract with paypal in the same way the returns where the company has to pay any amount will be made by the same route.

This mode has no cost to the customer.

SECURITY

ENTREGA Y GASTOS DE ENVÍO

The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where the products will leave whose final destination will be the address that the buyer establishes. Every time an order is shipped, the buyer will receive an email.

Los gastos de transporte serán a cuenta del comprador, y debido a su carácter variable en función del peso y cantidad de artículos a enviar, éste estará siempre disponible en las páginas de “Carrito” y “Finalizar compra”, el cual se mostrará siempre en tiempo real.

The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available at Unión Salsera, once the payment is confirmed, which can be viewed through the link: "My Orders", from the issuance of the email. This original purchase order includes delivery costs and VAT.

Unión Salsera will ask its customers to choose the place of delivery, specifying their address, office or center where they want the product to be delivered. The delivery time ranges from 72 to 96 hours of working days after receiving the order.

Unión Salsera will inform the client of the order's exit from the distribution warehouse, by sending an email.

Each delivery is considered made from the delivery of the product to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make all the reservations and claims that appear justified, including the possibility of rejecting the package, if it had been opened or if there are obvious signs of deterioration.

Reservations and claims must be addressed to Unión Salsera by email at the address that will be found on the Unión Salsera page.

RETURN

All products sold may be returned for 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law.

Previously, the client must indicate his intention by email. Unión Salsera will reply by means of another email specifying the precise instructions for the return of the product.

The return costs will be borne by the customer.

The refund in the customer's account as a consequence of this return, will be made within 7 days from the receipt of the goods by Unión Salsera.

La devolución no podrá tener lugar en ningún caso si los productos suministrados fueron manifiestamente objeto de uso, salvo en caso de que el producto se encuentre en mal estado.

The products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the place specified by Unión Salsera in the precise instructions for the return of the product sent by email.

In the event that the return was not accepted by the supplier because they understand that the product whose return is intended to have been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be picked up by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from your return.

Packages in which there is no attached element that identifies the sender (order number, name, address, ...) may not be returned either.

The expenses and risks related to the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.

Through Unión Salsera you can make returns of the products purchased for the amount of the same. Once the returned products are received, Unión Salsera will verify that they are in good condition and will pay the amount paid minus the shipping costs (€ 4.95 VAT included), regardless of the amount of the returned product.

Everyone who returns your product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.

WARRANTY

Guarantees and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. In accordance with this rule, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in accordance with the contract, responding to it for any lack of conformity. The consumer and user have the right to repair the product, to replace it, to lower the price or to terminate the contract.

LIABILITY, LITIGATION AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

Unión Salsera could not be held responsible for the breach of the contract concluded in the event of a rupture of stocks or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disturbance or total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flooding or fire. In case of dispute, the member will go to Unión Salsera as a priority to obtain a friendly settlement.

The Courts of Madrid are the only competent ones. These general conditions of sale will be interpreted in Spanish and will be carried out in accordance with Spanish law. Any disagreement that may arise due to its validity, its interpretation or its execution will be submitted to the Madrid Courts, to which expressly exclusive jurisdiction is made.

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Unión Salsera reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which they appear to be presented or located on its servers.

These changes must be accepted by the User each time a purchase is made through the page www.unionsalsera.com.

Members of the “Private Community of Unión Salsera” who are not satisfied with the modifications to the general conditions, must notify it and, from the date on which the new version will come into force, they must stop using the Unión Salsera services. . In the event of any of the terms of the general conditions being illegal or unenforceable, it will be null and void and the provisions agreed by the parties will be applied and, failing that, what is stated in the Spanish Civil Code.
